This ricotta cheese is more like the soft cottage cheese style ........ I had it last night for the first time .............. I put two table spoons on a garden salad with the Aldi balsamic vinegar, mixed it through and it was delicious!! It costs $2.99 for the 375gram tub ....... healthy and yummy!!
