We actually have 3 chickens in our backyard that we eat eggs from however in winter they stop laying regularly .......... this means we need to buy eggs :( I always choose to get free range eggs and have found the Aldi ones to be so much cheaper than anywhere else!!! I find all eggs bought from a supermarket seem to be the same (the light colour yoke) compared to my backyard eggs I do wonder why this is??? These eggs cost around $3.69 a dozen!!
